It has not been a straight forward order. After ordering a hoodie and it being lost in transit to being delivered and it not being correct to finally getting a replacement hoodie it was well worth the wait.

George has excellent customer service skills and they have been so kind throughout the entire process. Will definitely be looking to get another hoodie when the heavier one drops.

This hoodie in particular is excellent quality but not necessary very weighty which is what I was expecting. Nevertheless I am very happy and cosy in it and when I wore it after work I got questioned immediately on where it was from.

I recently purchased a Cozy Cloud hoodie and I have to say, it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of clothing. The quality of the fabric feels premium and the fit is perfect heavyweight and cozy without being too bulky.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they’ve been a game-changer for me. I deal with a lot of stress during long workdays, and being able to discreetly unwind while staying comfortable has really helped calm my nerves. I even wore it on a crowded commute last week and it kept me grounded when I started to feel overwhelmed.

It’s stylish enough to wear anywhere, but functional enough that I actually feel the difference in my stress levels. I would definitely recommend this hoodie to anyone who struggles with anxiety, ADHD, or just needs something extra to help stay calm throughout the day. Worth every penny

After stumbling across HVY on instagram, I decided to order a cloud hoodie and a pair of joggers with hopes for them to help with my anxiety/adhd throughout the day without feeling weighed down.

I believe it took around 3/4 weeks for my order to arrive & upon arrival I could tell the hoodie was incorrect, so I reached out to the company (something I would usually never do) asking if they could confirm what happened/sort it out for me.

Soon after I received a response from the founder who apologised profusely about the error, explaining there's been issues on the logistics side of things and that now the issue has been rectified a new order was being shipped to me for no extra cost!

I originally thought the joggers I received were correct but I was notified that though I was sent the 'correct' product, I was falsely sent one of the sample pieces rather than the finished piece and I had another pair on the way,

Throughout this process, George kept me in the loop with what was happening and was really transparent with me, which I really appreciated.

The replacement order arrived much sooner than my original order and I'm beyond pleased with the quality of the products!

I wasn't expecting there to be such a difference between the joggers I originally received but they're truly everything I've been searching for in a pair of joggers.
